The truck was acquired by the seller in the fall of 2019.
All metal work completed and repaired In DeC of 2019. Modifications include an aftermarket hood with scoop, James Duff tubular bumpers, a Warn winch, PIAA driving lamps, and steel rails protecting the rocker panels.
A matching spare is affixed to a swing-down carrier on the rear bumper. Warn manually-locking hubs are equipped up front. The truck is equipped with power-assisted steering and brakes, with additional work including a front disc brake conversion and replacement of the steering box with a remanufactured unit from AGR. Suspension modifications consist of a James Duff three-link setup with coil springs up front as well as wheel wells modified to accommodate James Duff shock towers in the rear.
The cabin features Wild Horses Neoprene front sport seats and a rear 40in Corbeau bench as well as a custom six-point roll cage. New Textured bed liner sprayed to protect the floors. A Pioneer stereo with (4) Rockford Fosgate Speakers. A Tuffy locking center console has been mounted between the front seats. The seller recently installed a billet shift knob and door locks from Wild Horses.
A new classic wood style aftermarket steering wheel rests in front of a dash modified with a Painless switch panel. Instruments include a Sunpro tachometer as well as oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges on the underside of the dash, where a pressure gauge for the onboard air compressor has also been mounted. The stock speedometer includes a five-digit odometer showing approximately 32k miles, with actual mileage unknown.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed New Process NP435 with a crawler first gear manual transmission and a twin-stick Dana 20 transfer case as well as Dana 44 front and Ford 9″ rear axles equipped with ARB air lockers. The clutch is said to have been replaced within the last 2k miles, and the seller changed the engine oil as well as the transmission and transfer case fluids in 2019.
